While this incarnation of Alpha Centurion (Marcus Aelius) has been around since ADVENTURES #527, his true origin has never been told in detail. This book fills in the blanks and gives him a much needed history and some character that has been missing. We finally get to see what has been happening to him since his Centurions (ex. Team Luthor) were commandeered by Luthor a few months ago. The art in the book suffered more than a little from the lack of backgrounds and details that the regular Superman and Batman titles have.
